Hello and welcome to Customized Weathered Trains. This is a website dedicated to all of you model railroaders out there. I have been model railroading myself for about three or four years now and my favorite aspect of the hobby is the building/weathering of engines, cars, track and scenery.

Weathering is a technique used to create the illusion that your model has been exposed  to the elements. Weathering can be a tedious and sometimes overwhelming process that not everyone has the patience, time or skill for but don't you worry, that's what CWT is here for!
